While tracks are the most visible part, the undercarriage is a complex system working in harmony. Imagine it as the excavator's skeleton and muscles for walking. The main frame is the backbone. The drive sprockets, powered by the hydraulic motors, act like muscles, gripping the track links and pulling the machine forward or backward. The track chains themselves are made of many connected steel links and bushings, forming the continuous loop that grips the ground. Carrier rollers on top keep the track aligned, while track rollers underneath support the machine's weight along the length of the track. The front idler wheel guides the track and helps maintain proper tension – think of it like keeping your boot laces tight for better support. This whole system must be robust because it constantly deals with impacts from rocks, debris, and uneven ground. Lubrication is key; sealed and lubricated tracks reduce friction and wear on the pins and bushings inside each link.

1. If I only know the excavator model, but can not offer parts No., what should I do ?
If possible, you can send us pictures of old products, nameplate or the size for reference.
2. What is the warranty of the parts after I purchased?
The warranty is 6/12 Months based on the item details.
