Production Description

While tracks are the most visible part, the undercarriage is a complex system working in harmony. Imagine it as the excavator's skeleton and muscles for walking. The main frame is the backbone. The drive sprockets, powered by the hydraulic motors, act like muscles, gripping the track links and pulling the machine forward or backward. The track chains themselves are made of many connected steel links and bushings, forming the continuous loop that grips the ground. Carrier rollers on top keep the track aligned, while track rollers underneath support the machine's weight along the length of the track. Lubrication is key; sealed and lubricated tracks reduce friction and wear on the pins and bushings inside each link.
