The excavator travel gear is the key mechanism that enables the machine to move efficiently. It includes the track frame, track chains, drive system, and roller assemblies. Powered by hydraulic motors, the undercarriage allows the excavator to move forward, backward, and turn with precision. Built for durability, it withstands heavy impacts and abrasive conditions common in construction sites. Proper maintenance—such as adjusting track tension, lubricating rollers, and clearing debris—is essential to prolong service life and prevent breakdowns, ensuring optimal performance.
Production Description
Two types
Gear pump: With a simple structure, low cost, and strong anti pollution ability, but with large flow pulsation and high noise, it is mostly used in small excavators or auxiliary systems.
Piston pump: with complex structure and high cost, but high working pressure, large flow rate, high efficiency, and high control accuracy, it is widely used in medium and large excavators.
Working principle
Oil suction process: The plunger moves backwards, the pump chamber volume increases, forming a vacuum, and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure.
Oil pressure process: The plunger moves forward, the pump chamber volume decreases, the hydraulic oil is compressed, the pressure increases, the oil outlet valve is pushed open, and high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic system.

If possible, you can send us pictures of old products, nameplate or the size for reference.
2. What is the warranty of the parts after I purchased?
The warranty is 6/12 Months based on the item details.

4. When will get the items after I place order?
